RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direct responsibility of the Head of Humanitarian Access and Security Department, you provide crucial support to ACF teams by providing context analyzes and building scenarios based on geopolitical trends. In particular, you will work to support the mission team to improve and increase safety and security in the mission through analysis, network development, negotiation and community engagement. You will work towards 3 key objectives: – Develop geopolitical trend analysis for the mission – Diversify sources of information for understanding security and safety – Using ACF policy, implement security standards and security of ACF for the mission
REQUESTED PROFILE
This position involves having a wide range of skills as you will work in multiple areas such as analytics, strategy, people management, operations and network development. You also have to be efficient and flexible. You have previous experience in this position, preferably with ACF if not with a similar NGO and an appetite for developing strategies and implementing them. You also have a participatory approach which will be essential for a new mission.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS / SALARY
– Fixed-term contract of 6 months under French legislation – Gross monthly salary from 2450 to 2800EUR depending on experience – Monthly per diem and subsistence allowance: 686EUR net, paid in the field – Monthly country allowance: 450EUR – Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year) – 16% of the gross monthly salary for the reimbursement of pension insurance for foreign nationals – 15% of the gross salary for the specific flight allowance – Transport and accommodation: Payment of transport and bed and breakfast costs – Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (social security + mutual insurance) and repatriation insurance – Leave and RnR: 25 days of leave paid by year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR each RnR period – Training: Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge ©
